- Fatourati is available on the Desktop version of the Morocco website ( www.royalairmaroc.com/ma-en ) and for all flights departing from a Moroccan city.
- I choose the option "Payment in dirhams (Moroccan credit cards)"in the booking engine in Payment option
How it works?
- At the payment step, I choose option 2 "Pay via the E-banking or Mobile Banking Website"
- A confirmation page summarizes my pending reservation for 2 hours.
- I receive by email the payment reference "Fatourati"
- I connect to the site or the mobile application of my bank, I find Royal Air Maroc on the list of merchants and I enter the reference received by email.
1. Je choisis l’option « Paiement en dirhams (Cartes de crédit marocaines) » au niveau du moteur de réservation dans Mode de paiement
2. Au moment du paiement, je choisis l’option 2 « Payez via le Site web E-banking ou Mobile Banking »
3.Une page de confirmation résume ma réservation en attente pendant 2 heures.
4. Je reçois par email la référence de paiement « Fatourati »
5. Je me connecte sur le site ou l’application mobile de ma banque, je retrouve Royal Air Maroc sur la liste des marchands et j’introduis la référence reçue par email.
