CONDITIONS APPLICABLES SUR LE BILLET PRIME ROYAL AIR MAROC :
- Le premier billet prime demandé doit être utilisé par le détenteur du compte Safar Flyer
- Le premier billet prime demandé pour un compte Safar Family, doit être utilisé par l’un des membres du compte.
- Le billet prime est cessible dès que le premier billet prime est utilisé par le détenteur du compte individuel Safar Flyer ou par l’un des membres du compte Safar Family
- Le billet prime ne donne pas droit au gain de Miles.
- Le billet prime est non remboursable en cas de No Show ou d’usage partiel du billet. Les taxes non utilisées sont remboursables.
- Le billet prime est modifiable selon les conditions suivantes :
o Statuts Platinum & Gold :
- Le changement est possible et gratuit, dans le respect de la validité du billet à l’exception d’un No Show
- Une pénalité de 4000 Miles Primes s’applique en cas de No Show
o Statuts Silver & Blue :
- 1er changement gratuit.
-le 2ème changement est permis avec une pénalité de 1500 Miles Primes par sens pour les membres Blue et 1 000 Miles Primes par sens pour les membres Silver.
-Une pénalité de 4000 Miles Primes s’applique en cas de No Show.
APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR THE ROYAL AIR MAROC AWARD TICKET:
- The first Award Ticket request must be for the Safar Flyer account holder.
- The first Award Ticket request for a Safar Family account must be for one of the account members.
- The Award Ticket does not earn Miles.
- The Award Ticket is transferable to any person starting with the 2nd Award.
- The Award Ticket is non-refundable in the event of a No Show or partial use of the ticket. Any unused fees are refundable.
- The Award Ticket can be modified according to the following conditions:
o Platinum & Gold Status :
- The change is possible and free of charge, but must comply with the ticket's validity, except for a No Show
- A penalty of 4,000 Award Miles applies in the event of a No Show
o Silver & Blue Status :
- 1st change free.
- 2nd change is permitted with a penalty of 1,500 Award Miles per direction for Blue members and 1,000 Award Miles per direction for Silver members.
- A penalty of 4,000 Award Miles applies in the event of a No Show.
